The Federation Global Initiative on Psychiatry is a membership organization, consisting of members who share the same goals and who agree to work in unison to promote humane, ethical, and effective mental health care throughout the world.

FGIP currently has members in Bulgaria, Georgia, Lithuania, The Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States.
